Total Call International has issued the Cheers phone card with numerous faces all featuring the same rate deck. For calling Latin America the brand includes Cheers Mexico phone card, Cheers Ecuador phone card, Cheers El Salvador phone card, Cheers Guatemala phone card, Cheers Honduras phone card and Cheers Nicaragua phone card with 62 minutes on the $5 calling card.

Cheers Mexico phone card advertises 1688 minutes to Guadalajara, Mexico City and Monterrey. To the Pricipal Ciudades Cheers advertises 588 minutes, to the rest of Mexico they advertise 120 minutes. Mexico cell phone is advertised as 76 minutes.

There is also a card face Cheers Asia Afrca and Middle East phone card with the following countries featured: Algeria 100 minutes, Bangladesh 150 minutes, Cambodia 154 minutes, Myanmar 20 minutes, Palestine 30 minutes, Hanoi Vietnam 240 minutes, Nairobi Kenya 400 minutes, Addis Abab 39 minutes, Philippines 56 minutes, Karachi Pakistan 250 minutes.

Cheers Mexico phone card

The poster for the Cheers phone card was printed by TCI - Total Call International on June 22, 2009 and announces that the advertised minutes are for a single call made before the expiration date of July 17, 2009. This means that by the time the phone card gets put on the shelves, the advertised minutes are no longer accurate. This is the "approved" disclosure method that most phone card companies are using today.

The disclosure continues... After the applicable expiration date, rate changes will reduce advertised minutes up to 50% and by more if costs to TCI change substantially.
