I had a horrible experience with my Union Telecard for Italy. The local number didn't work in Florence and the connection from the US was horrible.
Stay away at all cost. These guys are ridiculous. They offer a promotion for signing up and purchasing a card that can not be redeemed. Smells like a scam. After 12 emails back and forth with customer service I gave up and came here to tell the world to find another company to patronize.
